There's Nothing Like A Party.......

to get me in the mood for fixing things up!!  I am joining the Where Bloggers Create Party that is being hosted by Karen who blogs at My Desert Cottage. The party starts Saturday the 14th of July. As I looked around my crafting room, I decided I needed to do something with the ironing board.

About six months again I installed a wall ironing board. It had white contact paper stuck to it...so.....I peeled it off, painted it and got out the modge podge.

Then I decided I needed to make a new ironing board cover.
I used the same vintage barkcloth to make the ironing board cover that I used to make chair covers for the crafting room.  You can read about it here

I'm looking forward to joining the party!!

  2. Oh, I can't wait to see your whole room, I love to once a year snoop around peoples craft rooms! I have such a utilitarian room, not dreamy and not eye candy!
